Kim Wells Florida Fire Attorney
Born and raised in beautiful Kalkaska, Michigan, Mr. Wells attended Michigan State University. He earned a B.S. Degree in Business/Marketing, along with minors in Advertising and Management, graduating in 1983 from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Stetson University College of Law saw Mr. Wells earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 1986.
A member of the Florida Bar for over 25 years, Mr. Wells has represented both insurers and insureds throughout his successful career. Now devoting his energy toward solely representing consumers and businesses in insurance cases against their own insurance companies, Mr. Wells had previously been retained by insurance companies to represent them and their insureds, concentrating on areas of insurance including bad faith defense and the defense of bodily injury claims.
