Firm's Business Practice
 The Wells Law Group was established to assist Florida's families and businesses in disputes with insurance companies. We work on a contingent fee basis, meaning we won't bill you monthly for costs or the work that we do. Instead, our fee consists of a percentage of the recovery or what a court may award, whichever is greater. We also forward the costs of the litigation on our clients' behalf, which may include testing and experts when necessary.
These costs are then deducted from the recovery we obtain for you from the insurer, or sometimes the court may rule that some or all of the costs will be paid to you by the insurer. If we aren't victorious you owe us nothing for our services or the costs that we advanced.
It's easy to see that we want to make every effort to ensure the insurance company pays you every penny to which you're entitled. Often an insurer will make an offer in an attempt to settle a claim. It is always your decision on whether or not to settle the case. We'll assess the case and provide you with our experienced recommendation based on the facts and the law, but ultimately the decision is yours. You can be confident that the decision you make can be based upon our guidance and every bit of information needed to make an informed decision.
